App is not up to Matt standards
Not ready for prime time. Love Matt’s of road and the entire team but the developers dropped the ball on this one (sorry guys).
Con’s (major);
App does not correctly identify user agents (what exact device I am using to set padding etc)
All fails miserably to tag fields correctly , name, phone, address, state, (all of them are wrong)
First launch page for new user won’t even load (might be user agent issue)
Not ready “dogfood” level launch let alone beta
Pros;
Still love Matt’s off road and hope you fix this app!

“Join for free” opens a blank page
After hearing about the app a million times on YouTube, decided to give it a go, but right away it seems to be a buggy mess. The “let’s get started” screen shows a continuous loading animation on what I assume to be a video. The yellow “join for free” button opens a blank screen. The “login” button opens the same blank screen. The only way I can get an account creation window is to swipe away this screen, click the profile button in upper right, then click “sign up.”

Membership
Been a fully locked member since day one, like other reviews it seems like there is some app glitches, not any guidance on membership perks. Member rides submissions, how to sign up for trail rides etc I can’t find info on anything. Me and my wife are planning a trip to Utah spring 2025 with our kids and 4x4 van, would love to have more info on some member benefits..

What a joke. What a waste of time down loading the app then have to sign up. Still won’t let you watch all videos and what not.

My family really likes Jamie and Matt’s family and business dynamic and wish nothing but the best for them. Sometimes we feel with some of the technical aspects of their life they are taken advantage of.
Paid upfront for the year membership. The tier was supposed to include a member’s discount for merchandise. I’m able to log in everywhere and see my membership, but discount doesn’t get applied. Finally got a “working on it” message from someone. Ended up buying at regular price. We can’t afford a $1k metal placard for the new shop, but do what we can.
They get 5 stars, the app needs better guidance.

Love all the videos.
Looking forward to new videos with Matt and his family. Matt always goes a extra mile to help his customers You can tell he cares about his customers and their autos. Watching Matt and his term as they always do the very best they can.
Too expensive
I like the YouTube channel but the monthly price for this app is very high.

Also, tried to contact MORR regarding membership discount not being applied to purchases and whether or not it’s usable at the Hurricane location. No response in days. Hopefully they’ll get the app up and running without freezing up, and, they’ll start responding to queries about their membership tiers.

Cool to see a small business MAKE IT HAPPEN! Much prefer this than another creator app. Would love to see some updates as this app gets bigger. Such as a suggestion button for app improvement ideas or something to let me know if I’ve seen the video already

Not optimized for iPad
This app is an iPhone app. While it runs on the iPad, the videos don’t play nicely on the iPad. This looks like it embeds the YouTube pages as opposed to having its own dedicated interface. Finally, the support tiers are VERY expensive.
I love watching Matt and his videos. I might even support him if the support tiers were around 10% of their current rates.

I have been watching the YouTube channel for about a year now, and have watched every single video on YouTube. You guys rock!!!! Keep up the good work. Also I am from Ohio and love to be out doors. I have a 2021 CFORCE 800XC (quad) that I ride out in the woods. We don’t have sand like y’all do but has always been a dream to take it out that way and get stuck lol.
