Takes forever to go through
I’ve placed my order, and this is my first time using it. I'm still waiting for it to come through, but it seems to be stuck on 'order created' only. When I called and texted, there was no response at all.
Prices don’t make sense
Delivery fee is more than half the price of the food you’re ordering.
Apps not working
When I try to sign in at the add a phone number section it says sent opt successfully but I’ve received nothing
App is great but needs work
Still needs a lot of work sometimes hard to work keeps bouncing back saying error authenticate. With no explanation.
Inconvenient for American users
When I’m checking out US dollar using card payment it doubles the price eg. $50USD it doubles it to $100USD, don’t know if that’s a glitch or what but nobody’s is gonna pay $100USD for a burger. It would be nice if there was a breakdown in price as to why it double up.
