Where did bill pay go?
I loved the app for bill pay. The bill pay option has been removed. Big bummer.
Thankful for the mobile app however..
The “cards” feature is always unavailable. I was able to use it once or twice before but it hasn’t worked ever since. It’s the only feature I need besides the mobile deposits. Please fix. Thank you
Worst customer service and web app ever!
After getting through the very long automated system they picked up & ended the call 4 times before I got through to someone. As if they just picked up and hung up the phone… very weird. Once I got a rep on the phone she was great, however, because of the horrible online system of pulling up pdf short reports I had to call her back.
I have a bunch of fraud charges on my account and I can’t get through to anyone. It’s been 40min now and I’m still on hold. On top of that you can’t re-set your password in the app. God forbid you actually try to wait 40min on the phone remember they make you press “2” every 30 seconds to “keep your place in their que”. Such a joke of a bank do not use these guys. If they fix this then I’ll re-do this review. Until then it stands.
