ياخوان حرام يروح علينا يحسب علي اني ما سويت توقيع خروج وانا حاولت بس التطبيق عطلان
اكتشفت ان التطبيق يتحسن بعد حذفه من الجوال مع البيانت المتعلقه فيه ثم اعد تحميل التطبيق يمشي بسلاسه معناه في خلل في تخزين البيانت كبرو المساحه او الغو تحميل البيانات اذا هو ما يستحمل

مشكله في التطبيق
من اول يوم رمضان النطبيق ما يسجل البصمه علي الرغم من ان بيعطني تم تسجيل الحركه بنجاح ، المشكله ذي موجوده عند كذا حدا و سالنا في ال hr ما حد عارف يجاوبنا ، ياليت يا تحلو المشكله او علي الاقل عرفونا في مشكله ما نضل رايحين جايين علي ال hr ونرفع في ايميلات وما في حل
Error
Its always in ERROR, the website also cannot be open when you are at home, only in the working place, application for compassionate leave like hajj or ramadan need to apply on the same day you want that off because it will be error if that date is already late or the next day, i hope the developer of this app will fix this, this is MOH app the server should be good condition all the time and 24 hours call center should be available

الهدف من التطبيق راحة الموظف، الواقع قلق للموظف ! هل القائمين عليه لا يعون المشاكل المستمره اللي فيه وكثرة التعليق والتحديثات ! الموظف وش يستفيد من إعلانات بالشاشه الرئيسيه !؟ ابعاد ايقونة حياك الغبيه راح تحل مشاكل التعليق لأنها سبب الضغط الرئيسي على التطبيق

Please upgrade your server
This application always errors every 1 hour before and after the start of work hours and every time work hours end. The server capacity should be increased because it is certain that all Ministry of Health staff use this application at the same time. And the most unfair thing is when check-in is late due to technical problems with the Mawared application, then working hours are reduced even though it is not the employees fault, likewise when check-out cannot be done due to technical problems, then working hours for that day are considered non-existent... how unfair!
