Payment Fee
Why does the App charge me 50 Fils even if the parking charge was 0.00 KD?
If you drive into the parking garage and immediately drive out, they don’t make you pay but Mawaqif App still charged their fee.

Only Kuwait Mobile Numbers Can Use This App
I only have a Saudi number and unfortunately was unable to sign up in the app. I was excited to try it out for the first time. I hope the developer allows for non-Kuwaiti numbers (at least GCC numbers) to sign up in the future. I would definitely use this app if this issue was resolved. Seems very nicely put together and lots of effort in app development. At least if it had a “guest checkout” option that would have not been the case.
