Ordered 3 weeks ago still no refund
Worst experience getting a refund. I placed an order on November 27 and canceled it the same day. It’s been three weeks, and no one has been helpful. I’ve called over 20 times and sent multiple emails, but no one is helping me. All I keep hearing is the same sentence: “We’ll get back to you in 24–48 hours,” and no one ever does. If you’re planning on canceling your order, do not shop from them. It’s unbelievable, no one is offering real help.

I can’t open when I open for viewing my basket
Horrible Customer Service
Never ever order from this horrible place. I placed an order earlier this month, and nobody has come to collect it until now. I placed multiple complaints as I couldn’t return it on the app, only for them to come back to me after two weeks saying it’s a technical issue. I told them to send me an email, they straight up refused first and then the management team told me they will reach out to me via email in 2 hours and they never did. I called a few times again, and told them to stop lying to me, they said we will reach out again in max 30 mins via email, again days later no response. Then I reached out again, and that guy said oh the issue has been fixed I will return your order and guess what, still no return. It has been 20 days now and my products have still not been returned because of their own technical issue and I still don’t have my money. I’m never ordering from this store again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Unable to open cart
From the last 2 weeks i m unable to open my cart plz fix it
Fraud. No customer support.
I have ordered few clothes, that never showed up but marked as delivered. I reached out to support, they said they will look into this matter and get back to me. It has been more than a week no response from support even after reaching out multiple times and sending emails. This is a waste of time and money. Burn your money instead of ordering through max. Still no update on delivery and no details on refund. They never reach out to customers. Spending hard earned money on your pathetic app and delivery disgusts me.

I ordered some baby items as a present. In the app it says to be delivered the next day. The next day the courier contacted me to send location so I did. At 10pm I asked if it would arrive he said tomorrow. I waited all day the next day and tried contacting the courier but no response. Also the app is now updated on the status of the delivery. I used to love this app. Now; it has become very inconvenient and unreliable. The birthday is over and I had to run to a store to get another present.

I made a purchase on the Max app on October 2, and my order was delivered on October 4. However, even today, October 17, the app still shows the status as “Out for Delivery.”
I have made multiple calls, sent emails, and raised complaints, and every time I was assured that the issue would be resolved within 24–48 hours. It’s now been over 15 days, and nothing has been done.
This has been a very disappointing experience — poor follow-up and no proper resolution despite repeated communication. I hope Max improves its customer service and app updates to ensure better experiences in the future.

Cheating application
I have return amount but i cant used it they’re cheaters and if u will call to customer service lacking of professionalism.cutting the call without resolving the issue / only 49 dhs and u cheating! Better go in trendol application this max is a cheater!
Delayed Delivery, No Action, and Terrible Service Experience
Not recommended for online delivery. The service was extremely disappointing — my order took days with no delivery, no proper updates, and unhelpful customer service. I had to make multiple calls and even asking for a refund was a hassle. This kind of service gives Max a very bad reputatio
Poor delivery service
The arrival time written on the app is false it arrives the day after or even later than its supposed to and they don’t compensate for it the support is weak and its not worth buying it only you would get it faster if you just bought it yourself in the store I expect more but the service is honestly weak and so is the customer service would not recommend

حاولت كثيرا استخدام التطبيق كمشترك لاكن يرفض إلا ك ضيف. وعند طلب اعادة ارسال كلمة المرور. للبريد لا يتم الأرسال تواصلت مع الدعم ولا يوجد تجاوب.
Customer frustrated
Yesterday, I placed an order through your app, just like I always do. But when I checked the tracking order number , I saw that it’s not scheduled to arrive until Tuesday — which happens to be the day I’m traveling. That means I won’t be able to receive it.
I reached out to customer service right away, hoping there would be a solution. Unfortunately, I was told there’s nothing they could do. I also messaged on WhatsApp, clearly explaining that I’m willing to either pick up the order from a store or even pay extra for faster shipping — but the response was vague: just “we’ll try to speed it up,” with no clear timeline, no follow-up, and honestly no real consideration for the situation.
I wouldn’t be this upset if this was a one-time thing, but it’s becoming more and more common lately — delays, lack of clarity, and a customer service team that doesn’t really try to help. What’s even more disappointing is that I’ve been a loyal customer for so long, and it doesn’t feel like that means anything anymore.
I really hope this message reaches someone who actually cares, cause seriously the whole experience has been really frustrating.

Too many notifications
Very annoying, too many notifications coming to phone. Blocked all of them, soax immediately lost all access to me.
