I bought a fitness watch and I can”t use because this app is completely rubbish !

I got this watch because I wanted to start get into exercising and I thought this could help me. I charged it up and made it was working (it was). I downloaded the app then try to sync it.
It synced... but as soon as it synced it disconnected!

the watch wont connect to the phone or tablet so we will have to return it.
