Sucks!
Only comes to poverty/hood neighborhoods! Only goes to certain places! The buses routes / now are trash as well, they don’t take cash paypal or zell which is backwards in today’s world!

i got kicked out of my ride at the wrong spot
it’s cool but my driver picked up another ride with me which was fine but once we got to my stop i noticed it was the wrong place so i called the person who booked my ride to explain to him where i was supposed to be going and he literally yells at me and then tells me to get out the car i had no clue where i was and my phone was about to die luckily a restaurant across from where he dropped me was open and let me charge my phone and gave me a free soda (i was otw to a hair appointment at my cousins so my hair was a mess and i had a backpack so i think they assumed i was homeless) but i definitely am hesitating to use the app again

Why does the location change for no reason have you ripping and running in the cold it don’t make no sense they need to upgrade their technology people can get sick trying to find their ride in the cold like that.

I hope the driver didn’t get trouble. The rep that took my request over the phone entered the wrong address. She had to drop me off at the correct address. She was great!
On Demand: a welcomed service!
I’m really happy about On Demand. I never dreamed of this service in Birmingham because I’d never seen it, so, I hadn’t imagined it. I’ve been really lucky to get courteous drivers who are on time and drive safely. The efficiency has been surprising and, really, I have no complaints. I do hope you can expand in the future. I work in Homewood and it would be great to get On Demand for that. Sunday service? Otherwise, I’m very happy and impressed with the service.
