Every week I hope this app will be better, but nooooo! Why are the prices not there⁉️ I see the coupon discount, but not what the items cost.
Times are tough & getting tougher! If I’m unable to see the cost, I’ll look elsewhere to compare & County Market is bypassed.

Horrible app
This app is absolute garbage. How are you going to create an app for a GROCERY STORE that you can’t even make a list for or interact with the sale ad to add anything to a list. Can’t see the coupons that you have clipped! I don’t know how this app has two stars it should be in the negative!
App working now. I was not only one who had problems with it -Maybe a local incident.
The app was non functional at the launch ( at least in our local County Market store) I was not the only one that had issues. All working now. Works well.

Total Evil I popped in to pick up a bite from the deli to enjoy as I finished my NewYear cleaning. Some how they did not put my food in my bag; I am 74 years old. Not one of those 3 people tried to stop catch me and give me my left behind bag. I am a woman of color so you know you are tracked from the moment you put your hand on the cart and enter that store; America is going to answer for small and the the smaller things:

County Market Ad Too Difficult
It is so difficult and frustrating. You open up the ad and it won’t let you do anything until you go to the “new and improved“ app. You go to it it opens up your camera to scan. Then you go back to the ad and you have to do it all over again.

Price Check
Why, when looking at coupons, are there no prices on the item? I want to know what the price is so I can calculate the discount using the coupon.
Reward
Why did it not save my reward # when I updated. Will not let me I. Without a reward number
Why can’t I search?
I hate that I can’t search for products anymore! Or if it’s an options, it’s hidden very well. I liked the old app better.
New app
I miss the old app! The new app is not user friendly at all. I have to sign in every time I open it and put my password in 3 times. That is ridiculous! It’s hard to find coupons or look at the weekly at without scrolling through many pages. Bring back the old app!
Making an app that works
How about making an app that still allows you to use the coupons? The kiosk thing is a pain and doesn’t show anything coupon wise and if I knew your freaking system didn’t work I wouldn’t bother shopping here
app still broke??? Not tested first?
After 20 minutes picking my items got to register and nothing worked! working as a web developer- test-test-test then release to the public! Cost me money by wasting my time.
What an absolute downgrade
This transformation from the old app to the new is awful. terrible. And the worst decision. I should be able to search for grocery items in the app, I shouldn't have to go through instacart! The old app was just fine! "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!"
Worthless
What is the point of this app? Can’t make a list from clipped coupons and have to switch back to the old one to make a list—too time consuming!! I see you now actually have the products the coupon is good for, so that’s a slight improvement. What’s the big hurry releasing this app before adding useful features? I’m sure you will reply with blah, blah, blah making improvements, etc. should have been ready before releasing!! I haven’t shopped at County Market since the release of the new app.

I’m signed in, it shows my loyalty points but asks me to sign in to add items to list…when I go to sign in it says no record of my email as an account… no option to see clipped coupons
Worse than before!
I thought the old app was junk. This is worse! Looks like I’ll save money because i won’t be shopping much with this new app.
iPad view
Why is the app on my iPad a small rectangle in the middle of the screen? Please make the app view the entire size of the screen. Also, include an option to view the print ad flyer. Searching through every single picture of sale items takes far too long. The categorized coupons are much better now.
