User reviews

Solid, Simple, Workout App

Honestly it’s been pretty nice to have this app. A lot of the time Im overwhelmed by all of the fitness apps where it is an inundation of process. This is awesome because it’s knows your body type, gives you a plan and you knock out your daily list.

Good app the messages dont line up though

I like the app it shares an image with the muscles you should be feeling used in workouts and links to YouTube to see what you’re supposed to be doing, I love having someone telling me what to do each day and I feel like I’m having more progress than before when doing it on my own.

Only comment is the pictures take a long time to load and the message from max at the top is always saying something about enjoy your rest day…. But it’s not a rest day lol. So that’s a funny glitch, but I still enjoy the workout app especially for the price.
