About
You know the moment. The bar is loaded, the gym is loud, and one question won't leave you alone: how many did I get last time, at this exact weight?
MAXIMA answers before you've finished asking.
THE MAX RAIL
This is the heart of the app, and it never leaves the screen. A strip pinned to the top of every exercise, showing each weight in your history, your rep record at that weight, and how long it has stood. 60 lb: 40 reps, 11 months ago.
Scroll through your sets, open the dial, dig into your history — it stays put. Nothing covers it, because it's what tells you which weight to load.
You stop guessing. You start choosing. And the age of each record is color-coded: anything sleeping for more than six months fades out. That's your easiest target — the record that's been waiting for you.
WATCH THE RECORD FALL
Set after set, the cell for your current weight comes alive. 38 / 40 — two reps to go. At 40 it breathes green: you're there. At 41 the screen turns gold. A wave of light, a sharp haptic, the old number struck through, the date flipping to "today."
In MAXIMA, gold means one thing and nothing else. When it shows up, you beat something real — and next time, that's the number standing in your way.
PROGRESS WITHOUT PAYING FOR IT
No estimated 1RM. No chasing a theoretical max. You don't push into risk, you push into performance at the lowest risk possible. Progress is measured in reps earned at a weight you control — the kind of training that lasts ten years, not ten weeks.
PLAN IT BEFORE YOU WALK IN
The best workouts are decided the night before, sitting down, calm. MAXIMA lets you build yours ahead of time — exercise by exercise, in the order you'll actually do them — and drop them onto the days ahead. You set your rhythm too: how many sessions a week you're aiming for.
What that changes, starting week one:
— No more improvising. No wandering between machines, no "I'll just repeat last time because I can't think of anything."
— Your body stays balanced. Lay the week out and you'll see it instantly: back three times, legs once.
— No thinking mid-effort. It's all decided. All that's left is the bar, the set, and the record.
— The appointment is real. Your planned session sits on its day, waiting for you. Skip it and it stays visible — without ever polluting your numbers.
— Your consistency shows. The monthly summary counts your sessions and your records.
Save your go-to workouts once, reuse them forever. A full training week takes a minute to build.
BUILT FOR THE GYM FLOOR
No number pad. Ever. Everything is entered with a dial — one hand, sweaty palms.
Last session's sets appear in gray behind your entry. The ghost guide follows you, understands your ramp-ups and your drop sets, and clears itself as you write over it.
REST THAT ACTUALLY WORKS
One button, two modes: count down, or count up and get told the moment you hit the rest you took last time at this weight. While you wait, the screen shows what's coming: next set, 60 lb, record 40 reps, standing for 11 months. Dead time becomes preparation.
NUMBERS THAT TELL THE TRUTH
Empty bar, sled weight, two implements at once: real load, honestly calculated. A row with a 45 lb bar isn't the same work as a 25 lb bar — MAXIMA tracks them as separate variants, so your comparisons stay honest.
A set with zero reps isn't a failure. It's your Wall — the lightest weight that stops you. The day it moves, you'll see it.
YOUR WHOLE MONTH AT A GLANCE
Every session carries a muscle fingerprint: a color bar showing the volume you actually put into each group. On the calendar, an entire month reads in one look.
Lifting and cardio, HIIT and endurance, sets in reps or in seconds. After every session: the roll call of records that fell, each with the old number and the date it had stood since. Your history stays on your iPhone, exportable and encrypted.
MAXIMA starts empty. Your first set writes your first record.
It's just waiting to be broken.
