Невозможность авторизироваться

Было установлено приложение на прошлом телефоне, работало отлично. Переустановила на новый телефон. Необходимо авторизироваться заново, но при регистрации выдает ошибку, т.к. одновременно приходит два кода и ни один из них не работают. Исправьте ошибку, пожалуйста.

не получается авторизоваться. это можно сделать только с помощью ватсапа, на который приходит одновременно 2 кода и ни один из них не работает.
