The “Covid restrictions” need to be over with. The world has opened back up fully
Tried to order something simple. Some wings and I had to go thru this whole ordeal to download an app, purchase thru the app while someone was literally standing right in front of me and could’ve just taken my order. I’m all about supporting black businesses but when they’re making it extra to spend money with them I just won’t. YAS chicken is also black owned and I’ll just head over there and do business with them since I can just walk in the establishment and make an order and leave in a timely fashion.

I love the quality of the food . I can tell they make it like they are eating it for themselves which is important to me as a customer . Also the customer service is great. I’m hoping one day that they can have a private lounge and we can come in eat and sit, relax there . Thank you anybody want that good southern food. Maxines is the spot hands down . God bless .

Delicious food
When I have a craving for Chicken Wings, where do I order from, yes you guessed correctly!! “Maxine’s on St. James”, I am never disappointed, no n my matter my choice, fried, or smothered in one of Chef Darrow’s sauces, “Mambo” being my favorite, next to “Maxine’s and the “PO Boys” ( Crab Cake and Catfish) yummy!!!! The sides (Mac and Cheese, Red Beans and Rice, Collards), I could go on and on!!!
