About
MaxPush is a pushup training app built around one idea: your working max should go up, automatically, based on how your last set actually felt.
Open the app, see today's plan, start tapping. No sign-up screen, no account to create, nothing to remember. Your progress lives on your phone from the first tap.
HOW IT WORKS
Every session ends with one question: Easy, Normal, or Hard? That single answer drives your next plan. Crush it, and your working max climbs. Grind through it, and MaxPush holds steady. Struggle twice in a row, and it backs off — so you're always training at the edge of what you can actually do, not a fixed number that ignores how you're feeling.
Every few weeks, MaxPush asks for a real max-effort test to recalibrate against reality, so the number driving your plan never drifts too far from the truth.
50 LEVELS
Your plan is built from your working max and organized into 50 levels, each with its own five-set structure. Level up automatically the moment you're ready — no manual button, no gate, no waiting.
BUILT FOR ACTUALLY DOING THE SET
One tap zone counts a rep, whether you tap with a finger or bump it with your nose from the floor. Made a mistake? Undo the last rep. Want to push past the target for an extra-effort set? Keep going — the app doesn't force-stop you at the number.
Rest between sets is a simple countdown with a chime when it's done. Skip it if you're ready early.
STREAKS THAT MATTER
MaxPush tracks your current streak and your longest streak, plus a 14-day view of your daily reps, so you can see the pattern, not just today's number.
WHAT MAXPUSH DOESN'T HAVE
No account or login — your data stays on your device. No in-app purchases. No subscription. No paywalled history. Every core feature is available from the first launch, for everyone, for free.
SIMPLE BY DESIGN
MaxPush is one screen away from a workout at all times: open the app, see the plan, start. That's the whole product.
