Never got cash back after filing a missing cash back claim
Didn’t get cash back
I followed all instructions, but never got cash back and I even filled out a form for missing cash back… customer service straight up ignored one of my questions too…
Payable Status but can’t get paid
The customer service team still hasn’t gotten back about the error. When you get to “payable” it comes up with an error that says you need to email support to assist and they never pay you. Please help

Cash back earnings is not instant. The verification process takes a while but I've been told by customer service that the merchant will have to approve the purchase first before you get your cash back. and true enough, when I checked a few days later, I saw the reward in my account!
