Delivery app is trash!
Your UI/UX team needs to be retrained. App is hard to navigate. Does not work properly. Leading to user frustration and drop in ordering.

Placed an order for a midnight snack for delivery. Was suppose to arrive after an hour according to the app but when the time passed I had to call the landline only for them to call me back and say the order was sent to a closed store?? Only solution was to wait another hour so they can replace my order in a different store. Would've waiting forever if I didn't call them.

Only Cater Yellow Cab
I tried to order in Pancake House but it shows me menu of Yellow Cab. Hope they can fix their Delivery App. Out of all Food Delivery App this is the worst.

DO NOT USE THIS APP! Had a terrible experience with this - 6/17/25 around 18:30 Ordered here and paid. Status is PREPARING FOOD. FF to 20:00 STATUS IS STILL THE SAME. No update whatsoever, tried to reach out to the branch phone #, no answer, tried the email, it bounced back. I had to go to the branch to get some answer and guess what? They said they do not accept orders via this app and they did not receive my order. In the end I wasted my time and energy, and just asked them to cancel my order. Still waiting for my refund. Also, the app still says my order status is PREPARING FOOD, today is 6/20. What a waste!

I order using MGI Delivers and use method of Gcash, on my Gcash the order was paid. But on the app there was an error. I was stucked and tried to refresh then no recent orders. I need a refund if you can't take my order, I am very disappointed with the MGI Delivers App. This is so stressful

I’m trying to place a delivery order from Max’s but the app keeps redirecting me to the menu of Yellow Cab. We can only order through pick-up but what we’re looking for is delivery. It’s annoying.
