Would be perfect if you could use portrait or landscape, also is mandatory to have control over focus and camera selection, so you could use one of the zoom lens, that way would be much more easy to set up
European plates
Would be great that in addition of selecting countries liencense plates would be also possible to detect all european plates (not only 1 country).
Also to save the image of the license plate + the entire photo (where you can see the vehicle image)

Works exceptionally well
I would suggest that the developer should add a prompt for the user to select their country when the app is launched for the first time, or set the region based on the users current location.
I noticed that the other reviews here claim that this app cannot accurately read rego plates, an issue which I initially had as well. I very nearly deleted the app a few minutes after installing it because it initially read every single rego number completely incorrectly, it was almost like it was just generating random strings of numbers and letters. But after a quick scan of the settings I noticed the default region setting was a different country than my own, once I updated that it read every single rego number with near perfect accuracy and speed.
The slight differences in the fonts on the rego plates between counties obviously makes a big difference in terms of machine reading.

App barely works and charged my card $75 when I downloaded it!

OCR was a big disappointment
I tested on a few cars with USA plates. Lighting was good and cars were not in motion. OCR results were terrible.

This is the best LPR app. It has everything - export, live notifications, black and white lists. Highly recommended!

It was too good to be true. My phone heated up way high. Very suspicious. I'd question its origins and how it got it's data base.
