App is TERRIBLE
The app is shocking and slow, it still doesn’t show my SIM is active yet, but I enter through the WebUI on Chrome (IP) everything is working as it should. The App Devs REALLY need to get their finger out and sort this bug!!

App matches poor quality of product
No Dashboard
App failed after initial firmware update and have been unable to open up the dashboard since. A Maxview representative has been trying his hardest to help me fix it but to no avail. I had a choice of WIFI systems when ordering the accessories for my new Motorhome, looks like I chose the wrong system!

Absolutely awful
By a large margin the worst app I’ve ever used.

Hopeless!!
I wish I had a pound for every hour I have spent in the caravan trying to get this pesky app to work. Won’t recognise the SIM card, won’t let me configure anything. A really poor effort!

Come on team this app is terrible. I recall speaking to support and being told they were looking into a new app what’s happening. Tried to check data usage etc. can’t even get it to pick up in that.
App still does not work correctly
App still doesn’t work even after recent update saying is fixed it. Still unable to configure any SIM card settings, all it says I’m connected to internet, thankfully hardware is working fine and I don’t have to change any SIM card settings. If I did have to change any settings luckily the teltonika RutOS app works fine. For the price Maxview sell these rebranded teltonika systems and advertise how great the app features are when purchasing the hardware, it’s a joke the app doesn’t work correctly

Rubbish
It was ok to set up, now the App cant see the SIM…. Although there is an internet connection and the device works. As such, the App serves no useful purpose. Looking at the reviews, this is not new…. Come on Maxview, embrace the 21st century and get ChatGPT to sort out your shoddy code!

Unzuverlässig
Sobald man im europäischen Ausland ist, wird die SIM Karte als unregistriert angezeigt. So ist man garnicht sicher ob der Router überhaupt funktioniert.
Dreadful app
As many others have said, this app is truly awful. Consistently fails to connect properly and won’t allow user to carry out the most basic of functions. The router “seems” to work but the software is pathetic.
What does the app do?
I have used Maxview for a good few years. The reliability is terrible the app will not display anything I go in to the ip setup freezes. When called customer service they are aware of the apps failing and kept saying a new app is on its way. Come on Maxview. Helps us to help you.

This has to be the worst app ever, I cannot even connect to it to check my connection! Very poor service!

As everyone else comments, router works but app is terrible, unable to change settings. Very poor considering price of Roam router. Not impressed.

Funktioniert nicht
Funktioniert nicht mit Apple IPhone 13 / IOS 17.5 und auch nicht im Safari Browser. Total Sinn und funktionslose App.

Use to work great now nothing will connect fed up playing with this stuff when it should be a simple plug and play.
App is not fit for purpose
The hardware equipment is good but the app lets it down. The app is very poor and does not open properly. The saving grace is that the Wi-Fi actually works but you can not change any settings like choosing which SIM to use or link to available Wi-Fi. App needs upgraded. I can only select which SIM to use by physically removing the SIM I don’t want to use. Also occasionally states I am using Ethernet (which I am not) and that the SIM is inactive but actually works OK. Terrible app.
