Need a legit back button on every page. Too often you have to go back to the beginning and start everything all over again.

Horrible Functionality
May I suggest you hire the folks who developed the UHC (United Healthcare) app. My new company uses the Maxwell app—and compared to UHC, it’s in the rookie league. Why can’t you at least have a digital copy of our insurance card? There’s also no phone number on the app to call for pre-approvals for doctor visits. What’s the point of the app? Disappointing. :-(

App was easy to use. was great to be able save my choices, so I could come back to it later.

Can’t even access anything but the first page. Says hi then my name. Can’t go any further.
Don’t update without redeeming your gift cards!
I don’t mind the new update. The Face ID login feature is nice. My only problem— and a huge one at that- is when I updated the app, all my history through the Fitbit program disappeared, along with my accumulated earned coins for gift cards! I’m currently on a back and forth with support about it. But it’s extremely discouraging to see all your hard work disappear. Please fix this and let me redeem my earned gift cards!

Fails When Needed Most
Every time I need this app it fails to work. Today I opened it, loved me out right off the bat. Logging in just shows loading animation, then fails to do anything. No errors, nothing. Tried incorrect login and got errors as expected. Using correct login, just sits on the login. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. No difference.
Logged in to website afterwards with the exact same data just fine.
App is junk. Don’t bother relying on it for your important docs. Just go online & print out everything. Apparently that’s the only reliable method for these guys.

Useless / Broken
Can't login. Doesn't even give me an error. Just doesn't do anything. Completely useless.
Feature request: Submit reimbursement claims
The only thing I ever go to the Maxwell website is when I need to submit claims for FSA. App doesn't give you status of accounts either. Useless
Used at dentist
Our company changed dental companies from 2015 to 2016, the dentist had the old plan on file and not having my dental card in front of me would've added a lot more work to get this sorted. But with the phone always on me and using the app I was able to pull up my new information when checking in and thus preventing headaches down the road!

Awesome that I can be at a Pharmacy or Providers office and get access to information I normally lose. Health Advocate and Wellness tracking are cool features too!
Useful but could use some updates
I love redeeming my FitBit coins for gift cards and being able to use the IDs when I go to the doctor's office, but the app itself could use some work. It often logs me out right away when I log in (claims they have to log me out after 10 minutes).
