Useless app

This app does not do anything. I am unable to sign up at other locations because it will not accept my username and password.

The Maxx Fitness App DOES NOT WORK

The app doesn’t work right. Every time you login it says ‘incorrect information’ so you have to create a new password…every.single.time! Then once you finally get logged in half of the classes don’t allow you to reserve a space. The class ‘details’ and class instructor are not listed consistently…always a headache to use! Hate it!!!!!!

No record of gym visits

I use my member barcode on the app to check in each time I go to my local Maxx gym. I want to be able to look at the app to see a simple display of my number of visits and the dates and checkin times of those visits but that doesn’t seem to exist. This should be easy for an app but it’s not there.

Great to use in gym

No need to bring key scanner. Works well.

Making a change has been wonderful!

I moved to Maxx from smaller gyms and the experience has been amazing. The staff is friendly and professional. The fitness center is clean . I wondered how parking would be with such a big facility and it is great . Plenty of parking . The classes are good and the trainers are helpful if you don’t know the moves . It has been a wonderful experience.

Great!

App needs work!

The app has a bug. When signing up for classes and not signed in you get an error. Once you sign in and try to re register for the class it says you’re already enrolled. But surprise- you get to the gym and they tell you sorry class is full and you didn’t sign up! Even though you have a screen shot saying you’re already enrolled.
Also- there should be a way to keep you signed in. And cancel classes you signed up for.

Easy

Absolutely love this app. It’s easy to navigate and easy to use. I love that I can link my Fitbit app to it and it records my workouts in that app too.

Multiple locations class sign up

It only allows me to sign up for classes at 1 location, and I use multiple so this is a but annoying because I have to use the website to sign up for classes that aren’t my home location

Nice App

Like that my phone has the barcode in it, one less thing to put on my keychain. Ability to track workouts is nice. No complaints thus far.

Doesn’t work

Terrible app. Doesn’t work half the time. Can’t register for classes.

Worth it if you track your data

The guy before me clearly doesn't see the value in an easy to use app that makes cursory tracking of data a quick process. Couple this with your in depth dietary tracking and exercise log and you're good to go.

Awful app

This app is really frustrating. Why do I have to log in each time I use the app? I don't on any other app I use. This app is a nuisance and makes things more frustrating rather then easy.

Needs To Be Redesigned

There is no point in downloading this app. It's basically the same as going on their website through a regular web-browser, but more annoying.

Make it easy for us.

You guys could make this app so much more user friendly if you just add a barcode reader feature. You have an a record of me in your computer system. I should be able to just scan my keychain thing and be finished logging in. It's not new technology.
