Had my cameras fitted in 2016, been working fine, until 2023 one by one each of my 4 cameras stop working, nor does it allow me to view anything on my app too or on my tv screen. It’s like my whole system is dead. But strange my cameras still have the red led, on the lens, am confused. Can’t even get hold of MaxxOne??? Useless.

It’s always stopping and starting I’m continually waiting for catch up with the live video it’s been like this for months.
iOS Issue
I have the cameras up but cannot access them on my iPhone 11 with iOS 17.5.1 but it works on my husband’s older iPhone. It was installed to make me feel safe at home alone.

Very good peace of equipment and very reliable , works around the clock, excellent service . Use with mobile all the time.
Won’t connect
Tried both manual and with QR reader but still no connection. Has never worked in 3 years which is totally disappointing as this feature was the main reason for purchasing.

Although generally the system is fine, one of the cameras has consistent coloured fuzzy lines going across it which blocks the sight and renders the camera useless
