Woefully hard to use
From a UX perspective 1 out of 10. Try to create account, have to enter car reg. enter hire car reg “that is already linked to an account, but you can’t carry on”. Have to add uk car and then add hire car as an additional. No Apple Pay so you have to add card details. Go to pay for parking “you have to add credit” so go to add credit and card that has been added can not top up.
It’s really bloody hard to use. I suggest the app developers have a look at the likes of ringo. Really feel like they’ve tasked the web team with creating an app with no app development experience. Must try harder.

Shneaky Fee.
There’s a shneaky fee boys, they charge you €1 to top up your account so if you are going to top up you may as well put a few € on to avoid additional fees on multiple top ups.
