The application is very bad and difficult to use.
Embarrassing UI
The app has been online for 4 years now. And the user interface is extremely appalling. As a member my offers page os empty, app takes too pong to open and function. Offers on the membership keep getting significantly worse every year. At the very least, invest in making a functioning application

Not opening after installation
As I installed the app, it is not opening even after installing it 100 times. My iOS is 17.6.1.
User Experience
The app is very slow in responding - card can not be added to wallet, despite update and multiple deletion and updating, I’m unable to open the app, there is no customer support!
