Misleading Puzzle

I enjoy this arrow game and would like to progress from square boxes to the interesting supposedly available pictures but there’s no way I can find to access them. I’ve sent two emails to the developers and crickets. I’ve updated and reloaded the game, no luck. I can see they’re available but can’t access. Very frustrating and I play the game daily. What gives????
