Absolutely terrible

Convoluted, not intuitive, multiple steps required - who signed off on a separate “wallet app”? Just integrate to iOS and android wallets that already exist. Last thing we need is another app and another wallet. Why re invent the wheel?

Mb wallet

This is the stupidist process. Errors everywhere and can’t get past my Manitoba health card account without errors. Typical Manitoba government garbage.

Improvement over paper healthcards

So much better than paper cards. App is nothing flashy but if it was I’d say the government was over spending. Took me a couple minutes to receive a digital health card and load it onto the app.

Invalid QR code

Please fix, I can't download to wallet as shown

Awesome

It works perfectly

Do not waste your time

This app is easy to download, but it doesn’t work, and the app itself is unable to scan the QR code.

This app don’t work well yet

Tried to get this app to work must have some kinks to work out looking forward to this working

Doesn’t work

App doesn’t work, stuck on oac updates, uninstalled- doesn’t work. Commonnnn

Does not work

Downloaded the app three months ago can’t even scan anything because it tells you there’s an error and nowhere to contact

Doesn’t work

I just downloaded the app and tried scanning my Mb health card and it said it was invalid. 🤔

Bane22

I’ve tried twice to download the digital card and it just stalls out and doesn’t put the card in my wallet. On hold to get to support for 30 minutes and still didn’t work. Not good WC.

Stuck

Stuck on “Checking for OCA updates” already uninstalled and reinstalled but no luck

Pointless duplicate wallet app

There’s zero point in this app existing when Apple wallet and Google wallet exist. You can’t even import this card into those wallets, you’re stuck with another app on your phone.

Add to Apple wallet

would give it a 5 if they added it on the apple wallet, takes a few steps to set up but it looks great and easy to use

Access

This Manitoba app is useless. After the initial login screen, it just gives “Tips” and does not go to a main screen. No way of moving forwards or backwards other than just force closing it. Who is the government using to design this garbage?

QR Scanner Broken

Defeats the whole purpose of the app if I can’t even use the QR code. Just shows up white, no camera.

Should Have Been Apple Wallet

The app works, but it should not exist as a separate wallet.

Manitoba should have issued the digital health card directly to Apple Wallet / Google Wallet instead of building a redundant app that duplicates OS-level functionality. This adds friction, lowers adoption, and increases long-term maintenance costs for taxpayers.

A standards-based Wallet integration would have been simpler, more secure, and far more user-friendly.

Needs instructions

For those wondering, you need to request for a replacement card on the website where you applied for the plastic one.
Also, the app WILL “revoke” the digital copies if your spouse also asks for digital copies for their wallet. As long as you don’t erase the card though, the info stays the same.
Basically, one parent should request replacements for everyone in the family, then the other parent can make the request. I haven’t tried to see if one parent can download the card using the QR code that’s generated, then another parent using the link provided with the QR code.
App needs to include families. Can’t believe this administration thought we would be ok with carrying multiple cards when the old paper ones held all the info we needed for our family

Eco-friendly

So happy to be paper free and plastic free!

Doesn’t work

Doesn’t work, instructions are not clear and don’t match with the app. I tried scanning my plastic health card but won’t work
