this is so annoying like why is there 5 or 6 ads in every episode that is clear that shahid is obliging us to get the vip not recommended

أشكركم على جهودكم المستمرة في تطوير منصة "شاهد". أود تقديم اقتراح لتطوير واجهة المستخدم (UI/UX) الخاصة بتطبيق Shahid على نظام iOS (iPhone & iPad):
الاقتراح: إضافة خامات الزجاج السائل والشفافية التكيفية (Liquid Glass / Glassmorphic UI) إلى العناصر العائمة والقوائم في نظام iOS، على غرار لغة التصميم المتبعة في تطبيق Apple TV و OSN+.
تفاصيل التطبيق المقترحة على iOS:
1. شريط التنقل السفلي (Tab Bar) والعامودي: جعله بخلفية زجاجية ضبابية (Frosted Glass) تتفاعل بمرونة مع ألوان البوسترات والمحتوى أثناء التمرير (Scroll).
2. البطاقات والبطاقات المنبثقة (Cards & Modals): استخدام الشفافية الديناميكية بقواعد Liquid Glass لإعطاء شعور بالعمق والأناقة العصرية التي تميز تطبيقات iOS الحديثة.
3. تنعيم الحركة والتنقل: ربط تأثيرات الزجاج بحركة اللمس لزيادة سلسة التصفح واستغلال مساحة الشاشة بشكل أفضل دون حجب خلفية المحتوى.
أتمنى أن يؤخذ هذا الاقتراح بعين الاعتبار في التحديثات القادمة لتطبيق iOS لتقديم تجربة بصرية تتناسب مع أعلى معايير منصات الترفيه.

شاهد صار فاشل المسلسلات الي اتابعة او طلعت من طبيق لازم ترجع ال مسلسل او ادور عل حلقه هاذه الشي فاشل ماكو السجل المشاهدات مثل قبل

It’s been from Ramadan i can’t reach the app pr watch anything , i kept trying, restarting and deleting then resownload but all the options are useless!!!!! What’s your problem can i know!!! I want to watch on my phone
Charged $52.50 for calling customer service. Extremely disappointed
I am extremely disappointed to discover that I was charged for calling your customer service. I was having an issue with your app and clicked the customer service number provided in the app, reasonably assuming that it was a toll-free customer support number. At no point was it clearly disclosed to me that I would incur such a charge.
It is unacceptable to charge customers for calling a customer service number provided directly through your app, particularly when the call was to resolve an issue with your service. MBC is a well established multi-billion-dollar company!
Cancelling my subscription, I am requesting a full refund of the $52.50 phone charge. Please review this matter and confirm that the charge will be refunded.

I’ve been logging into Shahid for several years using my Sling TV credentials. What changed? That option is no longer there except to enter a landline number? What gives?? Customer service is a joke.

تم التواصل أكثر من مرة مع الدعم الفني ولايوجد حل جذري وكل طلباتهم اعمل تسجيل خروج وسجل مره ثانية وبدون اي نتيجة

The app doesn’t work
I pay to watch through Sling, when I login through Shahid App with partners it says successful but if I want to watch anything want me to pay money. Delete the app multiple times and login in multiple times it would not work after that last update.

I subscribed for vip and the app logged me out i can’t login back in and can’t reset the password and support says technical issue i don’t recommend this app at all

أواجه مشكلة في تطبيق شاهد على جهاز iPhone 12. منذ يومين والتطبيق لا يعمل إطلاقًا، إذ يتوقف عند شاشة البداية التي تحمل شعار MBC ويستمر في التحميل دون أن يفتح.
لقد قمت بحذف التطبيق وإعادة تثبيته، وأعدت تشغيل الهاتف، وتأكدت من أن اتصال الإنترنت يعمل بشكل طبيعي، كما أن جميع التطبيقات الأخرى تعمل دون أي مشكلة. كما أن حسابي يعمل بشكل طبيعي على هاتف آخر (سامسونج) باستخدام نفس شبكة Wi-Fi، مما يدل على أن المشكلة تقتصر على جهاز الآيفون.
أرجو منكم مساعدتي في حل هذه المشكلة، وإفادتي إذا كان هناك خلل معروف أو حل يمكن اتباعه.
