Ich hab mehrere Leute angeschrieben, nur eine Antwort bekommen, die überhaupt nicht hilfreich war. Auf Rückfrage wird dann gar nicht mehr reagiert. Keine Ahnung, wozu dieses App überhaupt dienen soll.

This app is really not helpful in any way. I contacted 3 different advisors with my question and didn't get an answer from any of them even a week later

Die garantierte Antwort innerhalb von 48 Stunden erfolgte nicht. Bei einer Ansprechpartnerin ist noch die Abwesenheitsnotiz von Weihnachten im Chat. Bei der Anmeldung muss man, wenn der Benutzername bereits vergeben ist die App löschen und neu laden.

delay in notifications, sometimes keyboard is unresponsive, App freezes.

Great Idea for immigrants!
This app has been quite helpful. I like the fact that you actually chat with a person. Not knowing what to do in a new country is hard already, let alone not speaking the language. Although I wish there could be more options for the languages. I know not a lot of people can speak English or German. But it is good to know that help like this can be found! Also, I wish they can expand more to other states here in Germany.
