Az animációk helyett a gyorsaság fontosabb
Egy banki alkalmazásnak az animációk helyett a sebességet kellene előtérbe helyeznie, valamint ha a fejlesztők napi szinten használnak az alkalmazást, akkor az évek óta nem javított kellemetlenségeket ki lehetett volna kapálni az alkalmazásból.
Egyébként az alkalmazás aránylag hasznalható ha épp nincs 3-4 napi banki szünet rendszeresen, amiről semmilyen e-mail-es értesítést nem küldött eddig a bank és van amikor napi fizetési korlátot a központi telefonon keresztül sem lehet módosítani, ez mondjuk egy banknál NEM megengedhető!

Az applikáció egyáltalán nem működik, a bank felé közöltem a problémát, de eddig semmi változás nem történt . BB-nál voltam előtte.
Apple Pay doesn’t not work
It’s terrible i actually thought that this is a good bank but its terrible i *have* a student bank account and the employee told me there are no taxes or fees but it still takes money out of my account like its just casual it’s labeled as kozpont and card fees after i open it… and the apple pay doesn’t work it says contact bank i call the customer service no. and they tell me they will call me back but never do what ever you do just avoid this bank.

Still not working!
A month after modernization your app still doesn’t work on my phone properly! Still getting declined at pos when trying to pay via wallet card on my phone! Done a reset several times, called bank etc etc still not working! Get it sorted!
Not recommended
This is by far the worst system that I have ever seen. The school-leaving IT exam is more complex than this SQL based, so called “database”. 8 years ago Takarek had a simple NetBank that was useful for everyday basis. I’m sad what it has become, really considering to migrate my accounts to another organisation as calling this a service is insult to existing services.

Nem lehet partnert módosítani az appban, mindig újat kell felvinni, nem lehet 15 napnál régebbi utalásokra szűrni, mivel az sem működik, pedig állandóan karbantartás van…
Terrible
The app is not user friendly, getting updated frequently for days when nothing is possible to be done. There is no option in the app to review investment portfolio.

The worst banking app
The basic functions don’t even work in this app. For years, there have been only promises, but no real progress has been made. Avoid it if you can!
Changing bank
Slow, freezes, never can log in at first attempt, does not have the option to execute international transfer in the app, in the EU in 2025 this is unacceptable.
App not working
This app used to work just fine until I had to re download it due to buying a new phone. I’ve not been able to login since as there’s an error message keeps popping up on the screen saying “ login in unavailable at the moment, please try again later or call customer services “ . Which I did . No use, problem still stands. Is a big shame though I used to like it before this happened

What happened???
This app used to be the reliable “one place, right place” to conduct all my banking, five stars in my book. Suddenly, it crashes at login, so I can no longer access any of my accounts. What’s even more inconvenient is that with the iPhone app defunct, there’s no QR code generation, so access via a computer browser becomes a long and clunky process as well. Developers, please fix it ASAP!

App Slow - transaction always rejected
Every time I am trying to make an online transaction, I got a rejection, mentioning that it is a suspicious activity. After that, the application just keeps loading. It is very slow.

Ez az az app, ugyanugy, mint az elodje egy rakas szerencsetlenseg. 3-4x meg kell nyitnom egymas utan, hogy betoltson. Plusz kb.az egyenlegemen kivul semmit nem mutat. Hogy lehet ennyire bonyolult & nem mukodo appot letrehozni???

Not working with new release
How can it be that the bank is publishing a software which stops to work after the upgrade. Its nlt working neither with traditional login neither aith faceid. These things should be fixed as soon as possible. But here the issue is ongoing since weeks.

When logging in, the user sees this text: “Add the first 8 character of the card or account number.” The correct text would be Add the first 8 _DIGITS_ of the card or account number.
