Amazing device with great functionality. This app has a lot of options for my E-Class, and more keep coming. Customizations cost tokens which are affordable. I wish I had bought this sooner.

Cluster burned
I don’t recommend buying this scanner at all. It burned my cluster for my car. I have a S class. It’s not worth it. I have to pay $500 to get a new cluster.
MBito do not buy
Completely misleading on functions you have to pay extra for Apple CarPlay and all the other functions only good for OBD reading and deleting thats all
Fix your sign in page
Bro fix your shi. The app keeps logging me out and when i want to login it won’t let me.

Very Misleading. Most Functions you have to pay to unlock and that payment is only valid per vehicle!

Fraud App & Device
Worst product with the most pathetic customer support who will not respond to any of your email even after several reminders. The entire device is a cheat and no car play works. You just are forced to buy credit worth Euros 50 to check it and then end up being cheated. The only thing you get is AMG word display on the screen. Do not even think to buy it under any condition.

Very good Mercedes scanner and feature programmer
The dongle may seem expensive, but it does have regular discounts available if you watch the website. Compared to other programming dongles, most of the features you may want are reasonably priced. And the dongle can be used on multiple Mercedes. So one dongle can be used to program several cars you may own by only paying once for the dongle and then the additional cost to unlock features on each car (the dongle tracks VIN for features paid for to each car). My only issue so far is the dongle has a single solid center divider on it that may not allow you to insert it into the OBD connector of US sold Mercedes. I had to purchase a $10 USD adaptor that allowed me to plug it into my car. I have alerted MBito of this issue and a revision may be coming so the dongle fits without the adapter. Customer service is VERY responsive and they are open to ideas for adding new features per your suggestions. The scan function digs deep into each module on the car and shows codes one might never see either other scan tools. Even if you purchase this dongle and then pay the extra 10 euros to defeat the start/stop function on your car, it is much less expensive than 'dongle solutions' from other programmers.

Needs improvement but has potential
The dongle works good, no connections issues. The app itself intuitive but very basic. During purchase (also in demo mode) there was no mention of separate in-app purchases for improve you MB options, which raises the cost for using the dongle by a lot. This raises concerns of how the dongle is advertised in their website.
Anyway app should add more functionalities, like PDF export of errors, datetime of errors, live data, more settings for cars (like daytime headlight on/off, automatic door locks on/off, reset mileage, activation/deactivation disctronic or guided parking etc) and also options for lifetime subscriptions of all modules for all MB. Also the rate of updates from update to update of the app in the appstore is more than a year with only “minor improvements” looks like the developers have abandoned the development.

Horrible company and bad customer service.
I purchased the MBito product to run diagnostics on my 2013 W204 C63, as their website claims it scans all Mercedes models from the mid-2000s to current. Upon receiving the device, I scanned my vehicle, which had two obvious faults already displayed on the dash—one for coolant and another for brake pad wear. These should be simple codes to detect, but the device failed to pick up either fault.
I reached out to their so-called support team, who repeatedly asked if I had checked the ESP and ENGINE modules, despite me clearly stating I had, even providing screenshots. They continued to ask the same irrelevant questions, talking in circles, with no real help offered. Despite multiple screenshots and explanations from my side, they couldn’t resolve the issue.
MBito is falsely advertising their product's capabilities. When I requested a refund, they told me to ship it back at my own expense as they don’t provide return labels. Avoid this company—they clearly don’t care about their customers and seem to have no clue what they’re doing
