Amazing
Good for studying, but buggy and costly
I decided to use it since I’ve paid for a year! And it’s buggy. Every time I log in I get a message about my device data not matching cloud data, so I choose between cloud vs device, regardless of the choice it’s wiped all data and I have to start over.
Not to mention, I’ve seen misspellings throughout. That’s minor but does play a role in creditably. I think im overall very disappointed in the charge, and not even being able to switch from the year to just the month. Id gladly do that to get a refund for some of it. Especially considering I’m a student and don’t have that kind of money right now :(

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience—especially with the unexpected charge and the data issues, that’s understandably frustrating. Since subscriptions are managed by Apple, we aren’t able to issue refunds or change plans directly, but you can request a refund at https://support.apple.com/en-vn/118223 and explain the situation—they do review cases individually. Regarding the data sync issue, that definitely shouldn’t be happening, and we’d like to fix it for you as soon as possible—please contact us at support@abc-elearning.org so we can investigate and resolve it.

So close yet so far
I realize the test questions are random, weighted, and pulled from a pool of different percentages of areas. There were lots of terms around ethics that didn’t appear at all in this tool. Thankfully because of other studies, I knew the terms.
I’d recommend more that you look for a review class in your area or online rather than rely on this application.
Giving it 3 stars instead of less bc I only used the app for around 8-10 hours. I was confident going in bc of this app…. But shocked at the amount of info that I didn’t come across in the 8-10 hours.
