About
MBO Tracker helps repair-shop managers keep weekly production, team goals and quarterly management-by-objectives progress in one place.
• Record each jeweler's completed jobs and worked hours once per Sunday–Saturday week.
• Enter company-reported turnaround time, first-time-right results, total billed and reported average billed per job.
• Use H:MM or decimal hours: 40:15 and 40.25 mean the same thing.
• Set individual and shop goals by fiscal quarter, and edit company quarter dates.
• Review weekly trends and employee history with interactive, expandable charts.
• Track employee titles, company tenure and optional profile photos.
• Select any saved week to view or print its current performance report. No finalization step is required.
• Configure supported quarterly MBO plans and review bonus progress. No company MBO plan is supplied.
• Choose Light, Dark or Gold, and customize jeweler chart colors.
• Export manual JSON backups and restore saved tracker data.
The tracker works offline with records stored locally on your device. No account, subscription or developer cloud service is required. Employee photos are optional and included in manual backups. Device operating-system backups may also include app files.
UPLH uses combined jobs divided by combined hours. Turnaround time, first-time-right results and billing figures are entered from your company reports. Reported billing averages are kept as entered, not recalculated or combined. MBO progress uses your plan for the selected quarter; quarters without a configured plan show PLAN PENDING.
Weekly reporting preserves older daily history in backups. New backups use format 5. Keep a separate backup before updating.
