Cannot place the numerical data

I have tried feverishly to place the numerical data for the age, height and weight. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app; I have updated my app; I am using iOS 14.1 with no luck. This is very frustrating when I have to continue to run back and forth to my office to use my computer.
