I probably use other internet instead of this piece of WiFi everything’s is bad including service and people. This is the last goodbye . I ain’t using this anymore

The device has a green light and I can't use the internet. It happens about 3 days a week, and sometimes it lasts for half a day.

The monthly fee is going up and the line is bad, it's the worst.
