No one polices these issues reported
Constant people smoking weed, acting up on buses…reported. Never once is someone sent to stop the illegal activities. Groups of young teens vaping weed and the mbta turns a blind eye to them

Good idea but clumsy implementation
I like the idea of this app, but you have to go through too many steps looking for things that may be non-obvious for use in an emergency situation, especially if you need to use it without being obviously focused on your phone for a long time.

I have sent a few messages in, unsure if they were resolved or not.
I recently sent a message choosing the “comment or complaint” option and was messaged back saying to use the website. I don’t understand why there would be a comment option if it leads to nowhere.

I reported an unsafe person on the train and didn’t get a response. They are just wasting everyone’s time and money

Transit did not make contact with the two individuals who are loitering on the Clarendon St of Back Bay station. This is a safety concern, Will contact BPD

I reported an incident and Transit Police responded quickly! I love this app and I hope more people download this it can make taking the T much safer.
Useless
Absolutely nothing happens as a result of any report filed. This app is to give the illusion that the T cares, which they do not. There’s zero police presence on vehicles and in stations and no enforcement of mask mandates.

No longer working
This app worked well until recently, telling me the email I’ve used for the past 20 years is not valid. Couldn’t report an unruly passenger on the orange line this morning...

Very easy to use and response from the police is prompt, dispatchers working the messages/chat service are polite and quick. Great system.

Well designed app. T Police will answer immediately if messaged. The photo option is good - use it to assist MBTA Police in apprehending those committing crimes.
Love this app
This app is super convenient, easy to use, and totally useful. I like the alerts, but I really love how easy they make it for people to report problems. This is a definite "must" for anyone who uses the T.
