Useless App
This is the most useless app i’ve used. And by the way are we still in the 90’s of UI? App looks like we lived in the time when internet dial up was a new thing.
Crashy
Crashes a lot. Finding documents is difficult sometimes.
It does work well when I’m not getting kicked out of groups. Or when it freezes.

Very weak products and app compared to Livongo
Our company changed to this new Remote Patient Care app and products, and I have had nothing but issues. Probably the actual scale, but the app is weak and does not follow through when attempting to submit a problem. Disappointing.

Easy to use
This technology is really impressive. The voice recognition is terrific.
