MCB JuicePro lacks a useful feature on FCY Transfers
I was very happy to use MCB Juice Pro for my transfers in foreign currency, it went so easy, and almost instantly, I received my swift copy. The second attempt was a month later and it was horrible. My transfer remained “in process” even 3 days later. I wish MCB Juice Pro had a field for remarks so that we can specify any additional instruction like “Urgent” or “Same day value date” … I initially rated 5 star for my first transfer. With the bad experience with the second transfer still in process and no feedback from the IB TEAM, I’m removing 3 stars.
