Set up mortgage payment to be reoccurring at the bank and yall didn’t do that right either… so far im not feeling confident my money is good hands

Protecting yourself
This app allows me to keep my money safe with the transfer option so if my cards ever stolen nothing their to take just what I put on it right before. Make a purchase

The application is so trash and non user friendly that it ruins the purpose of an app which is to help automate services like paying bills and viewing bills.
Things to do better please programmers:
-Links: taking you to sites but no exit button to go back to app if there is it is not easy to find, making you have to restart to login
-Just picky but make the phone number a link so if people are having so much issue with the app it’s easier to call.
- FaceId is not working properly and keeps giving error even though I called customer service like they asked.
There are lots of things to improve and I believe y’all can make banking more easier and user friendly.

Great Credit Union
I love the vast products and services that they offer for online banking. I hardly ever go into the facility, it’s sad that there is always new employees. Just not as friendly as it used to be.
Updated app doesn’t work
After they updated the app I can no longer print my bank statement. You click on the download button and it does nothing. No one at my branch could help me either

Please update the app to support dark mode icons and the new widget format for iOS 18+. Decent app otherwise. User interface is a 3 out of 10.

Clunky. Super slow. Lacks features of other banks.

Friendly user interface and easy to use app. Never had a problem with it and it’s great to have at my fingertips when I need to do some banking.

It is not compatible with the new home screen widgets. It would be nice to see my balance like the old widget.
Good app/just one tweek.
Great app, but makes it difficult yonpull up your full account information. I believe you should be able to get full account number upon pressing in the hidden numbers
