App Just Works
Connected my robot lawn mower to the app as instructed and gives all the information you need to control it. Also under About menu you can see battery, loop signal and lots more.
No connection
I had the same issue as the previous review. Worked fine u till they updated the app and now it won’t connect at all

This App Means I’ll Never Buy A Product From Them Again
Why do companies go and mess with an app that didn’t have any problems?
I updated the firmware and it still doesn’t connect.
I contacted them and it’s clear and tell me it’s just the firmware, but from the reviews it’s clear that many can’t connect either.
I wonder if anyone has a brain cell and bring back the previous version so they don’t annoy their customers? Oh, that right it will be the same geniuses that pushed out v2 without realising it has issues!

Version 1 was great, v2 won’t connect so is useless

Das Update der App auf V2.2.1 hat nichts gebracht. Der Verbindungsaufbau vom iPhone oder auch iPad zum S600 mit installierter aktueller Firmware wird immer noch mit einer Fehlermeldung abgebrochen. Am S600 liegt es definitiv nicht. Der Fehler liegt in der App.
Katastrophe
Seit dem Update geht hier gar nix mehr! Wie kann man dann, nach sehr sehr vielen Beschwerden, sich nicht um das Problem kümmern????

If I would give the app zero stars I would.
The update to version 2 killed the connection to the mower that worked fine with version 1.
I was advised by the helpline to update the firmware on my mower and this crashed mid download on windows, so I had to go to a approved reseller about 10 miles away who successfully downloaded the firmware but wasn’t able to connect to the mower despite the mower being visible within the app.
They were able to connect my mower to the husqvarma app but this didn’t allow any functionality, so the issue was clearly with the app rather than the firmware.
I then tried the helpline again and they said that they knew about the problem with the app (despit saying only a few hours earlier that it was fine) and there was going to another update to the app, but over a month later this hasn’t happened and there isn’t any way to connect to the mower.
Don’t waste your time with this one and look for an alternative.

Keine Bluetooth Verbindung nach Update
Seit dem Update ist keine Verbindung per Bluetooth mehr möglich. Habe vor drei Wochen den Support angeschrieben aber bis heute noch keine Antwort erhalten. Was für eine Sauerei!!
Update: Auch nach der Aktualisierung auf 2.1.0 ist immer noch keine Verbindung möglich. Der Kundendienst hat bis heute noch nicht auf meine eMails geantwortet!

Funziona!!!
È solo sufficiente aggiornare il robot scaricando l’aggiornamento dal sito Mcculloch, installare l’app, collegare il tagliaerba con un cavo al pc e far partire l’aggiornamento.
La nuova app, tra l’altro, è decisamente migliore della precendente!!!

Absoluter Schrott
Seit dem Update geht nichts mehr. Der Hersteller ist offenbar zu ignorant, das Problem zu beheben. Oder nicht kompetent. Daher wird dies mein erster und mit absoluter Sicherheit auch letzter Mäher von McCulloch sein. Ich kann und werde jedem abraten, diesen Hersteller zu wählen!
Das ist schon ein absolutes Armutszeugnis…

App arbeitet so was sie verspricht
Heute für den S800 die App aktualisiert. Über die Einstellungen lässt sich alles viel leichter einstellen und alles ist bestens. Bin zufrieden 😊
FUNZIONA! Dopo aggiornamento firmware del robot
È NECESSARIO installare l’ultima versione del firmware del robot, mediante apposito software scaricabile sul sito McCullogh, PC/Mac e cavo USB! Dopodiché la app funziona perfettamente!

Anche con l’ultimo aggiornamento non funziona su iPhone XS mentre con la vecchia app su iPhone 6s funziona perfettamente
