This application is absolute trash it crashes too much and it doesn’t even order or work at all

I'm a regular customer for McDonalds and have been ordering exclusively through this app at least once a week for almost two years, paying in cash or credit cards with very minor glitches so far. Haven't had any problems with incorrect orders or incorrect payments. It serves the purpose but the interface/experience design is long overdue for an overhaul to be compatible with newer devices.
It can also make better use of push notifications for informing users about order status updates and about new/special offers. Instead of emailing me twice every time an order is placed, you could just use push notifications for that.
McDonalds sells well in Jordan, but you could end up increasing revenue with a better app, in my opinion. I'm taking away a star for outdated interface and another star for non-existent push notifications.

They can’t get an order right
If you think you’re dealing with an international company that has standards think again. Why have an app if you’re not gonna look at the orders and send the wrong items 5 out of the last 20 orders. The only way to get what you want is to go to their store and stand in line because if you order delivery or use the drive thru you leave it to luck if you get a sandwich that was maid 20 minutes ago and has Been sitting under the heat lamp.
