2 hours+ for a delivery!
The worst app I've ever seen in my life. Literally. Apparently in this McDonalds app, it takes 2 hours to deliver an order to a customer. What a shame. One of my favorite fast food restaurants.

التطبيق سيء وكل شوي يطلع خطأ او يعلق مافيه طريقة تواصل او حتى دعم فني ولا يوجد ابل باي.
التعديل على معلوماتك او الطلب صعبة وتاخذ وقت.
امل بما يخص خدمة التوصيل تأخر اكثر من الوقت المتوقع بساعة رغم انه يوجد فرع بنهاية الشارع والأكل كان بارد وناقص مصاصات والبطاطس مملح على الرغم من وجود تعليمات ان يكون غير مملح.

المفروض فيه رقم لسواق لما انفذ الطلب و تتبع لطلب؟ مو معقوله انتظر ساعه وبالاخير ماوصلني
اسعارهم مرتفعه جداً
اسعارهم مرتفعة جداً جداً مقارنة بالوسطى والشرقية، حرامية بمعنى الكلمة الفروق اكثر من ٣٠٪ بالوجبات

i’ve been using this app for long time the last couple months the payment erased the visa payment and get the cash only i tired so many time calling mcdonald no way

The layout is buggy and unresponsive. Icon is looking weird compared to other McDonalds apps. Fix this app and take care of your customers instead of this lazy work

سيئ جدا
برنامج اسوء من السيئ ( كنسل الطلب من قبل موظفين ماك + توصيل طلب غير المطلوب + الاكل بارد + جودة سيئه + تعامل سيئ من الموظفين والكول سنتر محد يرد واذا رد مافي اي تجاوب ) وصل لمرحلة اسوء المطاعم وجبات سريعة
