Can’t make account
Idiot developers can’t even implement their own password detection code correctly. “8-12 characters including at least one number and one symbol” is a lie. It won’t accept any password, hence you cannot even register an account. Any competent PM would have seen a huge drop in signup conversion numbers and fixed it immediately, but these devs are useless.

The app doesn’t work in Macau
With Macau CTM network and location service enabled in iPhone, the app just doesn’t work in Macau.

it’s not the only app working like a kids work at this city, complex and messy interface, every operation may cause a pop up alert, you have to cancel many steps once there’s a little misstep, it’s totally a 10% done product.
when i tried to add one meal as favorite, it pops “the fav name is not valid”, why? can’t you just make it impossible to add before last step?

They won’t deliver
Waiting 1.5 hours and food is still being prepared. No resolution. Horrible experience. Do not use.

SAVE YOURSELVES SOME TIME AND DON’T TRUST THEIR SERVICE
Never got my oder because they cannot find a driver. Making excuses to give me a delivery time of 2 hours. There is no tracking so never know where you food is until you have waited for an hour starving and start calling the hotline. Order cancel will take 30days for refund. It is ridiculous that McDonald is okay with delivering such low quality service. I am honestly not expecting to get my money back and use it as a lesson learn to never use McDonald’s delivery services again.

I live in the manhattan and I want to order some mcdonalds BUT THEY DON’T DELIVER. ITS JUST UP THE STREET FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!

What’s the point of being able to relax at home and order delivery if they can’t even deliver to my house? They’re only 2 miles away and can’t deliver to my house. Unbelievable. Fix this, please. I’d rather have delivery than waste my time biking for 40 minutes to and from McDonald’s.
