It says go to the App Store to update, there’s no option to update it. It says open app and I click open and if brings me to the app and it says update app. Frustrating

Won’t work on my phone again.
I haven’t had any problems with the app after it was revamped a few months ago, but a few days ago it keeps saying failing to connect with server. I was informed there was an update three days ago, but it won’t update on mine. I have an iPhone and I hope it works on other peoples because it will cause a lot of problems if it doesn’t get fixed for people

Good way to get your personal info stolen. App requires drivers licence and full credit card info.
Better filter
App works great, but its really annoying that you cant sort things by city. Constantly having to check to see if an item is close to you before bidding is frustrating.
Right direction but app needs work
It is nice to have a McDougall app, but there’s often problems with communication with my app and their servers, along with crashing. Still good for bidding, but searching and browsing is much easier on their website
Needs work...
App frequently goes back to ‘Featured’ page after looking at a specific item, so if you want to look at the next item you have to search again! There is no ‘contact us’ link for issues, no contact way to ask questions about specific bid items and no FAQ’s area. There is often not enough info about items and there is no way to clear list of old searched items! App is not very functional and needs lots of work!!

Not terrible but could be better.
I've only had the app crash once, I deleted and reinstalled, that seems to have fixed it.
Beware, that some Lots on the website and in the warehouse don't make it onto the app for some strange reason.
It'd be really helpful if the Lot numbers worked in the search bar. Another feature that would also be great would be if you were able to zoom in on the pictures.

App crashes every time you try to search.
App crashes often, poor customer service
Crashes when you hit the categories button or sometimes when the app has to load.
Also when I did win an auction and drove 260kms to pick it up, the best half of my lot was not there, they did refund half the cost but still doesn't account for their incompetence. After that purchase I was blocked from my account and told I had to pay a fee to bid again but the app wouldn't let me pay the fee
I sent the app provider emails regarding the issues with no response.
