IT issues making reservations
Continuously I cannot make a tee time on the App, while the website works just fine. I have a brand new iPhone so its not due to an obsolete ios. I can view tee times, but when I try to commit the reservation, constantly a software error occurs preventing the transaction
Doesn’t work
The old version was clunky but worked. This version won’t load anything that would let me make a tee time. That can’t be intentional so I have to conclude that it just doesn’t work. Garbage.

This app is improving but is inconsistent. Problems will occur for no reason where they didn’t previously exist. Thank God there is a wait list function now. But sometimes, it fails to work properly

Credit card feature does not work
App works reasonably well to make a reservation BUT the website and app do not work to save your credit card. I have not been able to add a card that is then available at the course.
Tee Time slot
The new tee time slot filter as anytime, morning, afternoon, evening is not ideal. Bring back the full time option and able to choose between 3-5pm for example.

This app needs to be regularly updated
I am constantly finding I have to reset my password, only for the temporary password I’m sent to not work. The problems are not specific to any course. If I’m even successful at logging in, I’m told I have an “invalid account”

Worst app ever!
It seems like there are three guys living in their mom‘s basement building this app. Just when you think it’s working, they make a change and don’t test it. I feel like we’re always using a beta product! Montgomery County can certainly do better!

At the beginning of every season the app doesn’t work. Currently saying Customer ID not found, contact support. There is no contact information for support. Terrible app with no support.
Can’t delete payment method.
Tells you that you must have at least one payment method - Even when there are other payment methods already there.
Bad - getting worse
This app was just updated. It has a refreshed look. Fine. Here are the problems. My county runs nine courses and they allowed you to book a week in advance starting at 9 pm. So 9 pm Friday tee times open for a week out Saturday. Except the app only allows you 6 days ahead. Today plus the next 6 days. It’s as though the developer forgot to add a field for the seventh day. Also there is no help or contact button to report problems. I need to report this to the county because the app developer is cheating them out of their money. Sad
