Issue on opening the application

I have downloaded the application since yesterday, it keeps on showing a msg that states there is an update available please update!! But there is no update available on the store! Please look into the matter!

iPad version isn’t working. The updates aren’t working. It is redirecting from App Store to the app and then from app to App Store.
