Going to wrong direction
The new updates in 2025 doesn’t even give estimated time of arrival. It’s great it added many new features but most important information it fails to give.

Horrible they never have the info you cannot track your delivery it is useless and when you call they can never give you a correct time
Worthless
Absolutely pointless to have wasted my five minutes to search for, download and log into this app. Upon opening app and entering credentials the info listed for status and driver both listed as N/A. So basically no helpful or useful information whatsoever. For the store managers that would like to manage their time and resources to the best of their ability in hopes of a smoother work day, don’t waste your time on downloading the app. App has tons of potential to be extremely helpful if they bothered to make some changes.

Neat
The biggest thing to remember is the delivery is with an open 2 hr before or after window timeframe of a set time. In my 6 yrs of receiving McLane, they have been punctual all but 2 times (both times snow atorm related). I enjoy chit chatting with the majorirty of the drivers,

Please improve
App need to improve the updates, saying truck an hour away when os front of me lol, seems to be a good app but someone need to take care of it and fix a few parts.
Very simple and useful
Love using this app to track trucks, other reviews have to keep in mind that sometimes trucks don’t track or if there’s an equipment breakdown the truck might not track. If it works 90-95% of the time isn’t that better than nothing?

11 Hours Late and our ETA changes every hour
Gotta love checking the app at 7:30 pm (delivery window was 7-11 am) only for your eta to show 5:50pm. Makes sense.
Error
Well mine keeps saying error no store info found. Typed in the info Mclane gave me to log in and doesn’t work I’ll have to call them and find out why. I’ll be up dating feedback later.
Just like mclanes
Like everything else from mclanes it is a huge disappointment, I got the app to make sure I was present when my truck delivers so we can check in the driver, app said it was on time suppose to be there between 3am-5am, at 5am I called the company(app still said on time) truck was four hrs behind. App updated at 1230 pm. No truck yet. App said 830pm truck would arrive. I went home to grab a nap been waiting for the truck since 2am. At 1:30 pm truck arrived at my store! App still said 8:30 pm. The app just told me today (2 days later) that my truck has arrived!!!! Can we please get it together ?

What’s the point...
... of this app? The only reason I’m giving it two stars, is because of its potential to serve the customer with a valuable time management tool. The app does let you know that at least your delivery going to be delivered, albeit with out the tracking element that puts the worth in downloading it.
Honestly the eta time may as well be renamed to “narrowed delivery window” because of its give or take two hours accuracy.
Wouldn’t it be simple to just have the 1) handheld relay to the app the 2) location of the truck when 3) the first item of a new delivery order is scanned and then 4) when the delivery is finalized and the invoice is printing to again relay to the app the updated eta?
Obviously I’m on the outside looking in so I know there’s more nuance and nuisance to it all, but what’s the point of it at all if it does little more than confirm the uncertain arrival of a delivery?

I am trying to get this app to work for about three months. What am I doing wrong it keeps saying log error on all our phones.

When I first downloaded this app it was awesome. It has since then stopped working. McLane please fix the app!
Don't waste your time
Never said it was on time. Gps was stuck on another store for over 2 hours. Said delivery time was 10am but window was 2:45-4:45am. It should have a actual estimated time that changes as they deliver from place to place
