Upload photos/wounds not working & frequently fail to sync writings
When we want to add photos, app crashes all the time & nowadays frequently what we wrote goes disappears. Mostly it happening in IOS devices

•Notes entered via the mobile app do not always sync across devices; some notes remain visible only on the phone used to enter them and do not appear on other phones or the desktop system.
•When pasting notes (for example from ChatGPT), the app frequently shows repeated loading/spinning indicators for each entry, sometimes taking multiple loading cycles per resident.
•The saving spinner does not consistently confirm that a note has been successfully saved, creating uncertainty about whether documentation has been properly recorded.
•At times, after pasting or saving a resident’s note, the app becomes unresponsive and does not allow navigation back to the main resident list or home screen.
•There is no clear in-app option to edit, re-save, or force-sync notes once entered, making it difficult to recover or confirm notes when the app becomes stuck.

Overhaul needed
Last update was 6+ years ago. The photo quality is abysmal, the app is slow, the icons need changing, looks like it’s from the 90s.

Please help trying to download app for work but say to enrol my device and saying user has no rights. What can I do to sort this out
