Unhelpful during 2025 event
Main issues for me:
- The map which is the most important feature is hard to visualise. It is not possible to change the rotation of the map to landscape which makes it harder to read. It does not allow one to download or print the map.
- Requires internet to use.
- When clicking on links such as FAQ, it simply opens a windows to the webpage, making the app pointless.
- The internal feedback page for the app does not work, so I had to write this formal feedback on the App Store.
- A lot of the loading pages, are unnecessary, such as the “buy tickets”.
- There is inconsistency with the fonts and icon sizes in each segment/page.
- The activating the ticket was hard to use.
Overall, this app could have had a lot of potential, hope it will improve for event 2026 event.

Only download for the con then immediately get rid of it
I’ve never liked the app and only download it for the con itself and then immediately delete it. It’s not exactly well made either and I’ve never had a good time using the app, plus doesn’t help that mcm don’t pay for WiFi to help actually use it during the day. I’d rather have a physical map I can have in my bag that I don’t need my phone for.

There’s nothing on there whatsoever about London comic con in October, no guests, no stage details, nothing.
Wrong details
I downloaded the app so I knew what was going on at the event and on which stage. The details shown in the app don’t match the show guide at the event or the screens on the stages.

If you’re attending anything but Birmingham, you’ll find nothing. London MCM is just over two days away and nothing! Best to stick with the site...
Pointless App
MCM London 4 days away and still only Birmingham showing!! Pointless download.. don’t bother!
Pretty much useless.
After setting up the notifications to only tell me about London MCM. When I got to the Event selection screen, the only one available was Birmingham MCM. So since London MCM is less than a month away the fact that it isn’t even a option to look at, makes the app pretty much useless for me!

Keeps crashing
App keeps crashing won’t let me click on what event location
Missing schedules
Great app for planning, but the schedules are missing for 5 areas, including the Live Stage and the PopAsia Stage. ComicCon is tomorrow! Makes it hard to fully plan your weekend if you’re missing information this late on.
A schedule app
A great schedule app because the site is a nightmare to navigate on a phone. But why two stars? Because England gets all the love and attention. So if you go to MCM Scotland don't bother downloading this because there's nothing to display for us! As usual.
Low on content
Tells me me very little, what is there is hard to navigate. A shame.
