App Issues

My family has always used MCNB. Good people, good bank, terrible app. App continuously says we can’t log in & we have had to change our password countless times. Very frustrating.

One glaring flaw...

The "occasional" need to manually log in with ID and password vs. using Face ID is more like every few days. And after the "occasional" required manual login you have to turn Face ID on again. This is extremely irritating.

Great control of my personal banking: I can freeze my debit card if needed; I can deposit checks; I can send $ easily with Zelle; and much more!

The app will load the first page and nothing else. I’ve rebooted numerous times. Can’t not delete the app to reinstall on iPhone 13 pro max. Frustrating
