App crashes after loading forms
Currently using Dentrix G7.2. App crashes when loading forms after refresh. Can’t even use it. App works when I turn off WiFi but crashes once WiFi is on and connected to Dentrix server.
We can’t figure out how to get the Treatment Plan feature to work since Dentrix does not save treatment plans to the “Treatmentplan” folder on the Dentrix server.
There is also an issue that causes the app background to turn white when it crashes. The only fix is to reinstall the app.
Edit: Crash Bug is fixed. Turns out the app doesn’t like forms that have Spanish symbols on the title. Still going to keep this one star rating until issue is fixed.
