App crashes - useless
The Home Screen opens, but app crashes when attempting anything. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times.

I love the services at chrome but the app is horrible. Every time I try to book an appointment or sign in it crashes. I haven’t been able to use it since the update.

This app crashes constantly since the last update. They sent a note saying to delete and reload or clear cache…neither worked. Best just to use the website until they decide to fix it.

Convenient but chatty
I like the ability to schedule and pay via the app, and the scheduling interface is easy to use. Good grief the app is chatty though. On days I have an appt I can count on getting 5+ notifications for random things; reminders, more reminders, checking in, paying, reminder that I paid. And you still get the text messages too, plus relatively frequent pushed promos like gift cards, etc. I consider uninstalling it often because there’s not any way to control the irrelevant notifications or deduplicate the text reminders, but I haven’t because it makes scheduling easy.
